Политика США в отношении Эфиопии, Демократической Республики Конго, Судана, Южного Судана, Анголы и Ливии

Аннотация:

В работе анализируется политика США в отношении Эфиопии, Демократической Республики Конго (ДРК), Судана, Южного Судана, Анголы и Ливии. Политическая, экономическая и военно-стратегическая значимость этих стран делает их объектом пристального внимания и целенаправленной активности Соединенных Штатов. Статья сфокусирована на событиях 2019–2020 годов. Несмотря на беспрецедентно глубокий внутриполитический раскол американского общества, эпидемию коронавируса, массовые протесты афроамериканцев, насилие и вандализм в стране, африканская политика США, как часть курса на глобальную гегемонию, осуществляется достаточно энергично и базируется на прежних установках. Вашингтон стремится получить максимальную отдачу от своего вмешательства в дела ДРК, где Вашингтон способствовал избранию президентом страны Ф. Чисекеди, сменившего неугодного Ж. Кабилу. Поставлена задача укрепить позиции США в Судане и Южном Судане. На переходные органы власти этих стран оказывается давление с целью побудить их к выполнению соглашений о «мирном транзите к демократии». Предпринимаются шаги по вовлечению в сферу влияния США нового руководства Эфиопии и Анголы. В Ливии, претендуя на роль «нейтрального арбитра», США вознамерились взять под контроль процесс политического урегулирования, склонив противоборствующие стороны к компромиссу, который позволил бы им стать доминирующим зарубежным партнером посткризисного руководства страны.
