Abstract:
This year the Republic of South Sudan, the youngest state of the world, celebrated its 5 years, two and a half of which a country, torn by political, economic and ethnic strife, is in deep crisis. The situation in the Republic of South Sudan attracted the attention of politicians, diplomats and experts around the world, as the local conflicts tend to become global ones. The article is not so much about what actions are being taken by the world community to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe in the region, as about the consequences of excessive ambitions of power holders with its conditional freedom in choosing the aims and means, without following the rules and moral norms.
