Аннотация:
В статье дается анализ этнополитической ситуации в одном из конфликтогенных штатов Эфиопии – Бенишангул-Гумуз. Рассматриваются межэтнические отношения между наиболее многочисленными титульными национальностями берта и гумуз, а также меду ними и нетитульными национальностями, поселенцами амхара и оромо. Введение системы этнического федерализма привело к новой ситуации: нетитульные народы превратились во всех штатах в новые меньшинства. Их борьба за свои конституционные права и участие в органах управления еще более обостряет этнополитическую обстановку в штате.
