Abstract:
Research of the new opportunities of trade and economic cooperation expansion of Russia with the countries of the Middle East and North Africa in terms of import substitution policy.
The author assessed the scientific, technical, investment cooperation potential of Russia with MENA states, the prospects of export of the hi-tech production manufactured in Russia with a use of the advanced foreign technologies. Results: The scientific and technical potential of the certain countries of the considered region, taking into account interests of Russia in attraction of new technologies for construction of modern hi-tech production, is proved. Possibilities of the capital import from the Gulf States for implementation of the projects in Russia within the import substitution program are defined. An assessment is given to the export opportunities for the range of groups of the Russian civil hi-tech products are defined.
