Competition of World Powers on Egyptian Vehicles, Aircraft, Vessels and Associated Transport Equipment Markets

Abstract:
This article introduces a systematized set of quantitative indicators and statistical data representing Egyptian imports of vehicles, aircraft, vessels and associated transport equipment by key exporting countries for the period 2014–2018.
The figures point to the conclusion that the European Union is a key supplier of vehicles and air transport for Egypt. At the same time providers from Asian countries prevail on the Egyptian market of railway and water transport.
The article describes the competition of leading international players in the Egyptian transportation market and reflects the Egyptian import trends. The author projected the future positions of old and new international suppliers on Egyptian markets of transport engineering products.
