Abstract:
The article examines ways of enhancing and optimal use of the possibilities of Russian-African cooperation in the interests of accelerated development of the Russian economy, its modernization and restructuring. The article provides the first theoretical proof, statistically tested evidence, and strategic directions of interaction between Russia and African countries in the new geo-economic and geopolitical conditions. The article is a further development of the author’s theory of change model of global development, the formation of a new configuration of international relations and the role Russia and the African continent in these processes.
